It’s been said that technology is best when it brings people together. And with the recent launch of the Vizient Community mobile app, truer words have never been spoken. The new mobile app improves the ability of the more than 45,000 members participating in the Vizient Community to collaborate and exchange information more easily, on the go.
The new Vizient Community mobile app provides an easy login for members (biometrics unlock the app), the ability to quickly review push and in-app notifications (without relying on email notifications), and the ability to create a query, respond to peers and more.
Image interpretation is one of the earliest and most well-developed applications of healthcare AI. The development of the convolutional neural network (CNN) was a major milestone in this application. CNN programming architecture was launched following an impressive performance by a CNN in a 2012 internet image recognition competition. In the decade since, CNNs have become a dominant form of AI programming, with numerous medical applications in image-intensive fields like radiology, ophthalmology, dermatology and pathology.
Members of the Vizient Community can download the mobile app directly from the Apple store and Google play. Learn more about the Vizient Community and the new mobile app.
