Eric brings more than 25 years of health care experience focusing on innovative health care delivery models; clinical quality and operational processes and structures; case management and care coordination; value-based care strategies; and workforce innovation. Eric leads workforce services as part of the Performance Improvement consulting practice. This team focuses on the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of care delivery, including workforce design and engagement. These services leverage the full complement of our comparatives analytics and drive unique insights to Vizient's provider customers.

Prior to joining Vizient, Eric served as the chief operating officer and chief nursing officer for Oklahoma State University Hospital and the chief operating officer for Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In these roles, he led hospital and nursing operations and oversaw processes around utilization management, quality improvement, labor optimization and service line development. He also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Oklahoma School of Nursing.
Eric received his master's degree in business administrative from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in nursing from University of Central Missouri. He is a registered nurse and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
