Diana leads regulatory/accreditation advisory services with a team consisting of nurses, physicians, and life safety advisors. She provides education and coaching for member organizations’ compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Conditions of Participation, including compliance assessments, education, intra survey coaching and post survey response activities including clarifications, corrections and adverse decision response.

Diana brings more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Vizient, she spent five years in quality management leadership and 10 years in acute care operational management. She's held multiple leadership roles, including in TJC accreditation and regulatory compliance, nursing, performance improvement, utilization review, medical staff quality, case management and clinical risk management. As a registered nurse, Diana has worked in critical care, the medical and surgical field, peri-operative and emergency care services.
Diana is a licensed registered nurse in the state of Virginia and is a certified professional in healthcare quality. She holds a master of healthcare administration from Saint Joseph's College in Maine and an associate degree of nursing from Southeastern Community College in Iowa.
