As procurement compliance director, Archer is responsible for oversight of compliance with contracting processes and the general monitoring of contract awards. She leads the company's Innovative Technology program for suppliers, which supports the vetting of potential innovative technology products from small vendors by peer clinicians. Under Archer's direction, the program identifies approximately 100 products each year for contract consideration.
Archer is also a company subject matter expert in the ABA Model Procurement process, which is the basis for competitive bidding tools. This expertise plays an important role in her oversight of the contracting processes and vendor grievance protocols.
Archer has a 25-year background in health care sales, supply chain and distribution, with an emphasis on enhancing the customer's expertise and experience. Prior to her current role, she was regional sales manager of a team that provided distribution services to health care accounts in a five-state area.
Archer holds a bachelor of science degree in business and human relations from Amberton University. She also earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Dallas.
