IRVING, Texas, September 7, 2022 -- Vizient, Inc. pharmacy experts, including Pharmacy Executive Director Carolyn Liptak and Pharmacy Contracting Director April Yoo, will present at the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Compounding Quality Center of Excellence Annual Conference: The Shared Pursuit of Compounding Excellence, which is being held September 6-8, 2022. The virtual conference will provide a forum for outsourcing facilities, suppliers, regulators and other stakeholders to discuss emerging compounding trends and key insights.
On Wednesday, September 7 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET, April Yoo will participate in the roundtable discussion, "Stakeholder Perspectives on Areas of Need for Outsourcing Facility Products." Thereafter, Carolyn Liptak will join a panel conversation, "503B Hospital Panel: How are Outsourcing Facilities Evaluated by Prospective Customers," on Thursday, September 8 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. ET.
