IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Novation’s Period 3 National Group Buys — effective from July 1 through Sept. 30, 2015 — offer significant savings and value-added benefits to the more than 100,000 members and affiliates of VHA Inc., UHC, Children’s Hospital Association and Provista.
Period 3’s Group Buys feature several new categories and several first-time participating suppliers, to help the organizations Novation serves save even more money on contracted items. During this period, Group Buy suppliers offer value in the form of incremental payment terms, reduced shipping, extended warranties, delivery terms, financing options and/or service discounts.

Siemens Healthcare, the Period 3 featured supplier, offers new value in 14 categories as well as an extension of Period 2 value for immunochemistry automation items. Additional discounts are offered in some categories for members that have not had a Siemens service contract in the past 12 months and for organizations that take delivery of and install selected equipment prior to Dec. 31, 2015.
Siemens Healthcare Group Buy categories include: angiography/cardiovascular, C-arms, computerized tomography equipment, general radiology, hematology, hemodynamic and electrophysiology monitoring, immunochemistry automation, pharmacy, mammography, MRI, nuclear medicine, PET/CT, radiology/fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and urology.
