Vizient’s Steve Meurer Featured in Health Management Technology


Vizient executive principal of data science and member insights, Steve Meurer, recently shared his thoughts about why an organization’s data doesn’t need to be perfect and more often than not, the data they currently have is sufficient to make substantial improvements.

In the June 29 Health Management Technology article, Meurer also demonstrates why securing trust and the buy-in of others in the data itself is paramount to data collection or employing the perfect analytics application. By changing organizational culture and getting colleagues to adjust the way they respond to insights gained from analysis, most organizations will maximize the effectiveness of their current data.
