Jack Datz uses his successful track record in health care consulting and industry management to lead the workforce optimization practice, focusing on labor cost consulting and contract labor management. He has effectively implemented numerous programs that focus on workforce efficiency, management development and optimizing labor costs in health care.
Datz is recognized nationally as a change leader with an extensive background transforming health care systems into best-in-class operational and cost-improvement organizations. He has consulted to the nation’s leading companies and health care organizations as a national service line leader, including Ernst &Young, LLP and General Electric. Additionally, he has trained in the GE leadership program and is certified as a Six Sigma black belt with expertise in total cost management, change management and management practice improvement.
Datz received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado.
