IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vizient, Inc., joins more than 40 other health care leaders to voice its strong support for the Creating and Restoring Equal Access to Equivalent Samples (CREATES) Act (S. 974/H.R. 2212).

The CREATES Act addresses delay tactics used by brand manufacturers to block entry of generic drugs into the marketplace by allowing generic manufacturers to obtain relief for the delay tactics being used to prevent their entry.
